L'OCCHIATA
"L'Occhiata" is a delightful villa with an 80 sq. meter terrace overlooking the sea.  The view takes your breath away, and on a clear day you can even see the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago (Giglio, Elba, and Monte Cristo) as well as the northern cost of Corsica. The villa is located in Cala Piccola, one of the inlets of Monte Argentario, right in front of the Giglio island.  L'Occhiata is surrounded by 5000 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation with enchanting panoramic trails for romantic strolls. Access to the villa is by a private dirt road.
The villa has a private parking lot, and the terrace, which wraps around the house, is furnished with a large wooden table, chairs, and lounge chairs. The villa is on two floors.  The ground floor houses the kitchen (complete with dishwasher, oven, and microwave), one bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, accessible by stairs, there is a master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms.
As part of a private beach community, guests of the villa have direct access to a rocky beach where sun umbrellas, beach chairs, lifeguard services are all available. The beach also has a bar and restaurant which is open in the evenings, and reserved for members and their guests.
For July, August, and part of September a shuttle is available for transport to and from the beach. The shuttle passes every 15 minutes, and takes you to the parking of the beach.
